Adopta un Junior connects junior professionals with projects and teams. Its backoffice brings together information on people, companies, challenges and assignments to support coordination.
My contribution
My work focused on organizing information, developing journeys and designing screens and components in Figma. I prepared the design material for the engineering team to implement.

Start with the structure
The sitemap separates backoffice areas and establishes where each type of information can be viewed or edited.
Connect information and action
The journeys connect profile reviews, available projects, assignments and follow-up tasks.
Support data readability
Lists, indicators and shared components provide visual continuity across screens with different types of information.

Delivery and scope.
Design deliverables include the sitemap, journeys and backoffice screens. The project was also presented within the Adopta un Junior community.
Validation and scope
The design was reviewed with the team. I do not have usability testing results to measure its impact on coordination tasks.
