MAKING A COMPLEX
OPERATION READABLE.
To use BitUSD, users need to interpret asset backing, the status of their position and the conditions of each operation. The design challenge was to give that technical information context.
My contribution
I contributed to interface and component system design, and frontend implementation. I worked on flows and information constrained by the protocol’s rules.

Put status in context
Position indicators accompany numerical values so the screen communicates both the data and its meaning within the operation.
Explain before confirming
The hierarchy and flow messages aim to make relevant conditions visible before the user proceeds.
Connect design and implementation
Components and interface states were developed alongside wallet connection and data update requirements.

The scope included interfaces, components and frontend work for the platform’s journeys. Adjustments were discussed with the team and client.
Validation and scope
Clarity and understanding risk were design goals. I did not conduct user testing that could confirm those goals were achieved.
